Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u sociálních pracovníků pracujících s Romským etnikem. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části- teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část zahrnuje odborné informace o vymezení pojmu syndromu vyhoření, jeho fázích, příčinách a příznacích, rizikových faktorech a prevencí syndromu vyhoření. Další kapitoly poté zahrnují pojmy supervize, její cíle a formy, stres a jeho fáze, faktory a příznaky, definici sociálního pracovníka, sociální práce a její cíle. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu Romské etnikum a definici pojmu Rom. Praktická část zahrnuje smíšený výzkum. V první části výzkumu se jedná o dotazníkové šetření, v druhé části o polostrukturované rozhovory. Obě části výzkumu jsou prováděny za pomocí sociálních pracovníků v Hodoníně. Cílem této části je zjistit, jak vnímají sociální pracovníci vztahy ke klientovi a zda můžeme u sociálních pracovníků pracujících s Romským etnikem zaznamenat větší náchylnost k syndromu vyhoření. |

This thesis deals with the issue of the burnout syndrome of social workers working with Roma ethnic groups. The thesis is divided into two parts- the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part includes professional information on the definition of the concept of burnout, its phases, causes and symptoms, risk factors and prevention of burnout syndrom. The following chapters examine the concept of supervision, its aims and forms, stress and its phases, factors and symptoms, the definition of social workers, social work and their aims. The last chapter of the theoretical part is focused on the definition of the Roma ethnicity and the definition of Romany. The practical part includes mixed research.In the first part of the research deals with a survey, the second part includes semi-structured interviews. Both parts of the research are carried out with the help of social workers in Hodonin. The aim of this part is determining how the social workers percieve the relationship with their clients and whether social workers working with Roma ethnicity are more susceptible to burnout syndrome. |
