dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá nabízenými službami kontaktního centra, které je součástí systému péče o uživatele nealkoholových drog v ČR. Teoretická část popisuje drogovou závislost, její následky, program Harm Reduction. Přibližuje činnost kontaktního centra včetně jeho poslání a cílové skupiny. Blíže charakterizuje jeho základní, poradenské a sociální služby. Praktická část zkoumá míru informovanosti klientů o zdravotních rizicích spojených s injekčním užíváním drog a to, zda získané informace mají vliv na jejich rizikové chování.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the services offered by contact centre which is a part of the system taking care of non-alcohol drug users in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the drug addiction, its consequences and Harm Reduction Programme. It introduces the activities of the contact centre, including its mission and target groups. This part also specifies the basic, counselling and social services of the contact centre. The practical part analyses the health risk awareness in connection to intravenous drug use, i.e. if the information obtained influences users' risk behavior.	en
