Tématem bakalářské práce je Informovanost pacientů v souvislosti s operací štítné žlázy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace týkající se operace štítné žlázy - nejčastější onemocnění štítné žlázy, typy chirurgických výkonů, vysvětlení pojmu anestezie a předoperační vyšetření. Dále jsou zde popsány informace o pooperačním průběhu, pooperační péči a možné komplikace po operaci. Praktická část zahrnuje dotazníkové šetření. Průzkum je proveden u pacientů po operaci štítné žlázy. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké informace pacientům chyběly a tyto poznatky využít k lepší informovanosti pacientů. |

The theme of bachelor's thesis is Patients' awareness of thyroidectomy. The thesis is di-vided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes basic information about thyroidectomy - the most common thyroid diseases, types of thyroid surgery, explanation of the term anaesthesia and preoperative examinations. Postoperative process, postoperative care and possible postoperative complications are also described. The practical part includes a questionnaire survey. The survey is conducted in patients undergoing the thyroid surgery. The objective of this graduation thesis is to find out which information were missing by patients and use results for their better awareness. |
