Práce se zbývá otázkami zkoumání příčin páchání trestné činnosti u osob prvotrestaných, s lehčí trestnou činností, kteří si svůj trest odpykávají ve věznici s dohledem a dozorem. Podstatnou část práce tvoří kazuistiky odsouzených, jejichž analýzou se dospívá k závěru, že řadu trestů lze řešit i alternativními tresty. |

This thesis is dealing with the questions of analyzing the causes of committing crimes among first sentenced people who were put in jail with supervision and/or guard surveillance. Substantial part of this thesis consists of case reports of sentenced persons. When we analyze this reports we conclude that number of punishments could be solved by alternative punishments. |
