dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část práce se zabývá literárními prameny o tématu her. Byly uvedeny různé definice her, byly objasněny teorie her. V navazující části byl popsán vývoj hry v lidském životě od kojeneckého období až po dospělost, byly uvedeny různé druhy her, využití hry v psychologii. Poslední body teoretické části se zabývají prací učitele s hrou a specifikací dospělého účastníka vzdělávání. Praktická část popisuje provedené výzkumné šetření i s jeho výsledky zaměřené na zmapování současné situace využívání her ve výukových programech na terciárním stupni vzdělávání se zaměřením na Fakultu managementu a ekonomiky Univerzity T. Bati ve Zlíně.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part deals with literary sources about the games topic. Various definitions of games and games theory have been clarified. In the latter part there was described the games development in human life from infancy to adulthood, were given various types of games and games use in psychology. Teacher?s work with game and specification of adult students were last points of the theoretical part. The practical part describes research and it?s results focused on mapping the current situation of using games in teaching programs at tertiary level of education with a focus on the Faculty of Management and Economics of Tomas Bata University in Zlin.	en
