dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s tracheostomií. Teoretická část stručně popisuje historii a seznamuje s metodami provedení tracheostomie, nejčastějšími indikacemi k operaci, možnými komplikacemi a s pomůckami pro tracheostomované. Značná pozornost je zde věnována především zásadám a postupům při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče o nemocné s tracheostomií. Praktická část zjišťuje praktické dovednosti i teoretické znalosti týkající se ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s tracheostomií u sester pracujících na Oddělení chronické resuscitační a intenzivní péče. Informuje také o počtu tracheostomovaných a nejčastějších indikacích k tracheostomii na vybraném oddělení během roku 2011. V závěru hodnotí dosažených cílů. Průzkumné šetření probíhalo ve Vojenské nemocnici Olomouc na OCHRIP.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor?s essay deals with problems of hospital care of patients suffering from tracheo-stomy. The theoretical part describes history in short and informs about methods of execu-tion of tracheostomy, the most frequented indications for surgery, possible complications and with aids for tracheostomy people. Considerable attention is paid to principals and procedures in providing hospital care of people suffering from tracheostomy. The practical part studies practical skills and also theoretical knowledge regarding hospital care of tra-cheostomy patients with nurses working at sections of chronic resuscitation and intensive care. It also informs about the number of tracheostomy people and the most frequented indications to tracheostomy at the chosen section in the course 2011. Finally, it evaluates achieved targets. The research investigation took place at the Soldiers' Hospital Olomouc at the OCHRIP section.	en
