Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku zátěžových situací působících na uniformované policisty na vybraných základních útvarech. Teoretická část práce rozebírá problematiku zátěžových a krizových situací, jakož i popisuje způsoby vyrovnávání se se zátěží. Dále hovoří o Policii ČR a jejích členech, jejich úkolech, povinnostech a zmiňuje specifické zátěže, jež souvisí s policejní prací. V praktické části zjišťuji spojení mezi osobními charakteristikami, psychickým stavem, zázemím policistů a mírou stresu v typických policejních činnostech. |

This thesis is focused on problems of stressful situations affecting at uniformed police officers at selected basic services. It consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part analyzes the general situation of stressful and crisis situations, main consequences of burden, ways of coping with stress. Then this thesis presents The Czech Police and his members, their tasks and responsibilities, where refers to the specific load that is directly related to police work. In the practical part, I discovering the connections between personal characteristics, mental condition, background of the police officers and the level of the stress at the typical police activities. |
