Ústředním tématem, kterému je věnována předložená diplomová práce, je kompetenční model sociálních pracovníků pracujících na úseku sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část objasňuje tématiku kompetencí, tvorbu kompetencí, kompetenčních modelů, jejich definice, třídění dle různých autorů. Dále je zde věnována pozornost úseku sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Tato kapitola popisuje vývoj, činnosti a právní ukotvení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. V poslední kapitole je pojednáváno o dnes populární metodě Assessment Centrum a Development Centrum, jejich principech a výhodách využití. Druhá, stěžejní část diplomové práce je praktická a obsahuje kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný dotazníkovou metodou u výzkumného vzorku sociálních pracovníků úseku sociálně-právní ochrany dětí ve Zlínském kraji. Výzkum se zaměřuje především na kompetence, které preferují sociální pracovníci a jestli je to ovlivněno metodou Development Centra, kterou absolvovali či nikoli. V závěrečné části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu. |

The following work is about competency model of social workers working in the field of socio-legal protection of children. The work is divided into two parts ? the part theoretical and the part practical. The theore-tical part deals with various definitions of competency by different authors, explains com-petency models, classification according to various authors. Next chapter deals the section of socio-legal protection of children. This chapter deals the development, operations and legal activities anchoring segment of socio-legal protection of children. The last chapter deals the currently popular method of Assessment and Development Centres, their princi-ples, history and their advantages. The practical part contains the quantitative research realised by the method of questi-onnaries made by a sample group of social workers of socio-legal protection of children in the Zlín Region. The research concentrates on the competencies that prefer social workers, and whether it is influenced by Development Center, which participated or not. The results of the research are presented in the final part. |
