Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný stav motivace zaměstnanců v mezinárodní společnosti a navrhnout vhodná řešení pro zlepšení. V teoretické části autor vysvětluje pojmy a teorie z oblasti lidských zdrojů a motivace. Dále se zabývá motivačním systémem firmy. Praktická část je zaměřena na samotnou analýzu současného stavu motivace zaměstnanců, jejích výsledků a následný návrh doporučení ke zlepšení. |
