dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na postoje a názory české populace v souvislosti s integrací cizinců do majoritní společnosti. V teoretické části je načrtnuta samotná migrace a legislativa týkající se pobytu cizinců přicházejících na území České republiky. Dále je zde popsána integrační politika státu, jež je propojena charakteristikou nejčastějších pojmů pojících se s tématem a multikulturní společností jako takovou. V praktické části se zaměřujeme na zjištění postojů občanů zlínských firem na příchod a pobyt cizinců na území České republiky v souvislosti s jejich integrací do většinové společnosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the attitudes and the opinions of the Czech population in the context of the integration of immigrants into the mainstream society. In the theoretical part, there is outlined the own migration and the legislation concerning the residence of foreigners which are coming to the Czech Republic. There is also described here the state integration policy, which is linked to the characteristics of the most common terms connected with the theme of a multicultural society as a whole. In the practical part, we focus on detection of the attitudes of citizens from two companies from Zlín to an arrival and a stay of foreigners in the Czech Republic in the context of their integration into the mainstream society.	en
