dc.description.abstract	V mojej bakalárskej práci som rozoberala problematiku zadlžovania, jeho právne a sociálne dôsledky a možnosti jeho riešenia. V teoretickej časti som pozornosť zameriavala na popis vymáhacieho procesu, jeho jednotlivé fázy, ich vzájomnú nadväznosť a tiež ich nákladovosť. V závere teoretickej časti som sa pokúsila načrtnúť možnosti prevencie a riešenia zadlženia. V praktickej časti práce som sa zamerala na znázornenie vymáhacieho procesu na konkrétnych prípadoch s reálnym vyčíslením dlhu a nákladov s ním spojených v jednotlivých štádiách vymáhania.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is dealing with indebtedness, social and legal impacts and possible solutions for debtor. In theoretical phase of the thesis I was focusing on debt collection process. The process has been break down to details steps and the relations between them have been explained. Each step has been rated from costs point of view. In a conclusion of theoretical part I tried to show possibilities how to solve indebtedness and solutions for prevention. In practical part of the thesis I?m presenting real cases of debt collections with calculated debt. Debt has been break down to actual loan and costs related to each step of debt collection process.	en
