Tato práce se zabývá začleňováním začínajících učitelů do prostředí mateřské školy. Bakalářská práce obsahuje základní pojmy, které korespondují s tématem o učiteli a jeho adaptaci v mateřské škole. Dále autorka uvádí podmínky pracovní adaptace, které jsou žádoucí pro zdárný vstup do pracovního procesu. Reflexe a sebereflexe je nedílnou součástí učitelské profese a tudíž je i součástí teoretického konceptu práce. Praktická, empirická část práce mapuje reálnou situaci začínajících učitelů mateřských škol, prostřednictvím analýzy deníku učitele, které autorka bakalářské práce měla k dispozici. |

This work deals with integration of beginning teacher into kindergarden environment. Bachelor thesis contains basic terms connected with teacher and his adaptation in kindergarden. Further the author states conditions of work adaptation that are desirable for good entry into the labour process. Reflection and self-reflection is also an integral part of the teaching profession and therefore it is included in theoretical draft of that work as well. The practical, empirical part surveys a real situation of beginning teachers in kindergarden through analysis of teacher diary, that was available for the author of the bachelor thesis. |
