V diplomové práci se zabývám managementem network marketingu. V teoretické části vypisuji pojmy, které se vztahují k tématu, uvádím rozličné definice a různá pojetí managementu, marketingu, firemní kultury, psychologie prodeje a verbální i nonverbální komunikace. V empirické části zkoumám na základě rozsáhlého dotazníkového šetření u dospělé populace vztah k přímému prodeji a network marketingu. Uvádím zde koncipování vlastního provedeného výzkumu. |

The thesis deals with network marketing management. The concepts which are related to the topic are stated in the theoretical part. Various definitions and conceptions of management, marketing, corporate culture, sales psychology, verbal and non-verbal communication are introduced here. The empirical part examines the relation to the direct sales and network marketing on the basis of the extensive questionnaire survey among adult population. My own performed research is outlined here. |
