Diplomová práce se zabývá problémem multikulturní reality v České republice a zároveň multikulturními kompetencemi, jakož i postojem studentů oboru Sociální pedagogika FHS Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně k těmto kompetencím a multikulturní problematice. V první části diplomové práce se autor věnuje teoretickému pohledu na problematiku multikulturní společnosti, její charakteristiku, popis a definuje v ní základní pojmy a souvislosti. Největší pozornost je ovšem věnována multikulturním kompetencím, obzvláště těm, které jsou využitelné pro budoucího pracovníka v sociální oblasti a pomáhajících profesích, jimiž se autor zabývá jak v teoretické, tak v praktické části diplomové práce. V praktické části jsou zkoumány postoje studentů k multikulturním kompetencím a problematice kulturní reality v České republice formou kvantitativního výzkumu, což je i výzkumným cílem práce. |

This thesis deals with the problem of multicultural reality in the Czech Republic along with multicultural competencies as well as it has been focused on the student?s of the FHS at Thomas Bata University in Zlin attitude toward these competencies and multicultural issues generally. In the forepart the scriptwriter puts the brain into theoretical view of the multicultural society issues, its purposes, the characteristic features. Moreover he is trying to define the basic concepts and context. The main attention has been paid directly to description of the multicultural competencies themselves, especially those that are useful for the possible worker in the social and helping professions. The scriptwriter is devoting to them in the both forepart and empirical parts of this thesis. Moreover in the empirical part the student's attitude toward these competences and multicultural reality has been surveyed using competing the questionnaires, this part has been based on a quantitative approach which is the aim of the research. |
