Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou delirií, konkrétně přístupu sester k delirujícímu pacientovi. V teoretické části popisuje delirium, uvádí zde jeho definici, patofyziologii, příčiny vzniku, dělení delirií, rizikové faktory vedoucí ke vzniku deliria, klinický obraz, diagnostiku, léčbu a prevenci deliria. Dále se zaměřuje na specifika ošetřovatelské péče o delirujícího pacienta, její zásady a použití restriktivních postupů. Pozornost věnujeme komunikaci i bariérám správného přístupu sestry k pacientovi. Praktická část obsahuje zpracování a grafické znázornění dat získaných z dotazníkového šetření a z pozorování. Výstupem mé bakalářské práce je edukační materiál s názvem: ,,Mýty a fakta o deliriu.'' |

Thesis deals with delirium, specifically to nurses who care about delirious patient. The theoretical part describes delirium, the definition of delirium is mentioned here, its pathophysiology, causes, classification, risk factors leading to the development of delirium, clinical picture, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of delirium. Thesis focuses on the specifics of the nursing care about delirious patients, its principles and the use of restrictive procedures. The attention is paid to the communication and to the barriers in the right attitude of nurse to patient. The practical part contains an elaboration and graphic chart of dates obtained by a questionary and the observations. The outcome of this work is educational material entitled: ,,Myths and facts about delirium.'' |
