Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na popis oblasti sociálních systémů, detailněji potom na systém státní sociální podpory v Brně. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretické a prak-tické. Teoretická část dává rámec tématu, vysvětluje systém z obecného hlediska, zahrnuje také historii sociálního zabezpečení a rozebírá strukturu jeho dosavadního fungování s důrazem na pracovníky Úřadu práce ČR, instituci, která tvoří nedílnou součást tohoto systému. Za použití metod kvalitativního výzkumu je v praktické části práce zjišťována efektivita systému s reflexí zavedení sociální reformy. Bakalářská práce přispívá k pochopení systému, který není pouze nástrojem pro poskytování sociálních dávek. Důraz je kladen na poznání role referenta nejen jako úředníka a jeho možností při práci s klienty. |

This thesis is focused on the social systems and the system of state social support in Brno. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part gives a framework topic and explains the system in general. This part also included history of social security and analyzes the structure of the current operation with an em-phasis on workers at the Labour Office of the Czech Republic, who are an integral part of this system. In the practical part, there are used the qualitative research methods in bachelor work which seeks to determine the effectiveness of the system with a reflection on the introduction of social reforms. The Bachelor thesis contributes to the understanding of the system, which is not just a tool for the provision of social benefits. The Emphasis is placed on understanding the role of the employees who are not only the official officers and their options while working with clients. |
