Předmětem diplomové práce "Sociální aspekty činnosti Probační a mediační služby" je shrnutí vývoje a činnosti probační a mediační služby se zaměřením na restorativní justici a nejčastěji ukládané alternativní tresty v České republice, trest domácího vězení a trest obecně prospěšných prací. Její součástí je i podrobný popis postupu veřejných činitelů v procesním řízení, vzájemné návaznosti a spolupráci. Práce může blíže zprostředkovat poznání této instituce těm, kteří se s její činností dosud nesetkali. Praktická část je věnována případům z praxe a jejich popisům a rozborům. |
