Cílem práce je zjistit, jak člověk se schizofrenií vnímá tuto nemoc a jak toto onemocnění vnímá klientova rodina. Dalším cílem práce je zjistit, jaký vliv má onemocnění na kvalitu života klienta a na kvalitu života jeho rodiny. Dále se zabývám vyhodnocením subjektivního pohledu na aspekty v oblasti vnímání vlastního zdraví, rodinných vztahů, zaměstnání, trávení volného času a pocitu bezpečí. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část charakterizuje onemocnění, jeho příčiny, příznaky, vznik, formy, diagnostiku a léčbu. V práci se také věnuji kvalitě života, její definici a pojetí. Praktickou část práce tvoří kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, jehož základem je technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. |

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine how the patient with schizophrenia perceives his disease and how the disease is perceived by the client's family. Another aim is to investigate the influence of the disease on quality of life for clients and the quality of life for his family. I also deal with the evaluation of subjective perspective on aspects of self-perception of health, family relationships, employment, leisure and sense of security. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the disease; its causes, symptoms, origin, forms, diagnosis and treatment. My bachelor thesis also deals with quality of life, its definition and concept. The practical part of the thesis is the qualitative research investigation, based on the technique of a semi-structured interview. |
