Na práci sociálních pracovníků jsou kladeny stále vyšší profesionální nároky a bývají často ohroženi syndromem vyhoření. Stresovými faktory jsou především emocionální zátěž, potřeba jednat v nepředvídatelné situaci,nejistota výsledku jednání a pocit zoufalství z neschopnosti vyřešit problém klienta. Jednu z možností jak účinně předcházet těmto stavům poskytuje průběžná supervize. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojem supervize v kontextu sociální práce. Zahrnuje rovněž činnost pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Cílem praktické části je zjistit názory pracovníků na význam a přínosy supervize pro sociální pracovníky orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. |

There are constantly growing professional demands as to the work of social workers who are often in danger of burnout. The stress factors are especially emotional strain, the need to act in an unpredictable situation, uncertainty of negotiating results and the feeling of desperation because of the inability to solve the client's problem.
