dc.description.abstract	Obsahem bakalářské práce je analýza trhu práce se zaměřením na oblast logistiky ve vy-braném regionu Prostějov. Práci tvoří dvě hlavní části, teoretická část a praktická část. V teoretické části je rozebrána problematika pracovního trhu, lidského kapitálu a logistiky. V praktické části jsou charakterizovány silné a slabé stránky, struktura podnikatelského prostředí, vývoj nezaměstnanosti a trh práce v regionu Prostějov. Klíčovou roli v této části má dotazníkový průzkum zaměřený na logistiku	cs
