dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je ukázat možnosti jak kombinovat jídlo a víno. Upozornit na informace uváděné výrobci vín na etiketách svých výrobků. V práci je dále uvedena krátká historie vína, kategorie a označování vín dle zákona. Také se zabývám odrůdami révy vinné zapsanými do státní odrůdové knihy a základy sommelierství.	cs
