Táto bakalárska práca spracováva tému analýzu zamestnaneckej štruktúry spoločnosti Sauer Danfoss a.s Táto práca sa delí na dve časti a to na teoretickú, ktorá je východiskom pre praktickú časť. Teoretická časť je literárnou rešeršou, ktorá sa zaoberá témami ako trh práce, riadene ľudí, prijímanie zamestnancov, starostlivosť o pracovníkov a podnikové vzde-lávanie. Praktická časť obsahuje analýzu vzniku pracovného miesta, analýzu zamestnanec-kej štruktúry a dotazníkové šetrenie. Na konci praktickej časti sú uvedené návrhy a odpo-rúčania. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on an analysis of employment structure in Sauer Danfoss. The thesis is divided in two parts; one is theoretical part which is basis for practical part. The theoretical part is a literature review, which deals with subjects like a labor market, managing people, staff recruitment, employee care and education of employees. The prac-tical part includes analysis of job creation, analysis of present employment structure and a questionnaire survey. In the end of the practical part are included recommendations and suggestions. |
