Tato bakalářská práce bude zaměřena na teoretické i praktické poznatky z oblasti přepravy nebezpečných věcí silniční dopravou. Práce bude v teoretické části soustředěna především na předpisy upravující přepravu nebezpečných věcí podle dohody ADR a předpisy s tím souvise-jící, a dále také směrnice Evropské unie. Zmíněny budou i další způsoby přepravy nebezpeč-ných věcí. Pozornost zde bude věnována popisu toho, co jsou to nebezpečné věci, jejich ozna-čení, balení, nakládání s nimi. Povinnosti odesílatele a přepravce. Vybavení osádky vozidla, průvodní doklady, osvědčení o způsobilosti k provádění úkonu. Technické vybavení doprav-ního prostředku a jeho technický stav. |

This thesis will focus on theoretical and practical knowledge of the transport of dangerous goods by road. The bachelor's degree work, in the theoretic part, focuses mainly on the rules governing the transport of dangerous products, according to the regulations of the ADR and the European Union Directive. The work is also making a reference on other ways of transpor-ting dangerous products. It is describing the dangerous products, their designation, the packaging and the handling. There are also the obligations of the sender and the carrier, the equipment of the vehicle crew, the accompanying documents, the certificates of competency to perform the transportation, the technical equipment of transport means and the technical condition of the vehicles. |
