Tématem bakalářská práce je analýza uplatnění průmyslového inženýrství v podniku Zálesí a.s. Práce je rozdělena do dvou na sebe navazujících částí. V první části jsem zpracovala teoretická hlediska je zaměřena na metody průmyslového inženýrství, metodu SMED,5S a TPM. Nabyté poznatky jsou pak využity v praktické části. Pomocí metody SMED jsem se snažila najít možnosti jak zkrátit časy při výměně a navrhuji varianty řešení problematiky vyplývající z analýzy, jejichž zavedením se vytvoří předpoklady pro řešení zjištěných nedostatků. |

The theme of Bachelor thesis is the analysis project of Industrial Engineering in company Zálesí a.s.The work is divided into two consecutive parts. In the first part, I worked out a theoretical point of view is focused on industrial engineering methods, the method SMED, 5S and TPM. The acquired knowledge was used in the practical part.With help of the SMED method, I was looking for options how to shorten exchanging time and suggest how to solve problems resulting from the analysis, by introducing of which presumptions for solution of revealed defects. |
