Bakalářská práce se zabývá možností externího zpracování mzdové agendy. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzování možnosti outsourcingu mzdové agendy ve skupině firem HP TRONIC. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši z oblasti outsourcingu a mzdového systému. Praktická část, kromě samotné analýzy možnosti outsourcingu pomocí vícekriteriálního rozhodování, obsahuje pohled na současnou situaci firmy v oblasti personalistiky a mezd. V závěru praktické části je na základě provedených analýz vyhodnocena efektivnost projektu pro vybranou firmu. |

Bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of payroll agenda outsourcing. The aim of thesis is an outsourcing analysis of payroll agenda on behalf of HP TRONIC's group. The theoretical part includes literature retrieval from the area of outsourcing and payroll agenda. The practical part, except from the very possibility of outsourcing analysis by multicriteria decision, contains the current situation of the company in terms of human resources and payroll agenda. In conclusion of the practical part, is based on analyses evaluated the effectiveness of the project for the selected company. |
