Teoretická časť diplomovej práce sa venuje problematike plánovania ľudských zdrojov, vyhľadávania, získavania a výberu zamestnancov do firmy, vzdelávania a motivácie zamestnancov, pričom opisuje aktuálnu situáciu a nezamestnanosť absolventov škôl na slovenskom trhu práce. Informácie sú čerpané z dostupnej českej, slovenskej a anglickej odbornej literatúry. Praktická časť popisuje a analyzuje súčasný stav spolupráce spoločnosti Continental Matador Rubber, s.r.o. Púchov so školami. Následne je vytvorený projekt prehĺbenia spolupráce spoločnosti s partnerskými školami pri vyhľadávaní budúcich zamestnancov, ktorý je v závere práce podrobený časovej, rizikovej a nákladovej analýze. Hlavným cieľom diplomovej práce je vypísanie a zrealizovanie súťaže pre vysokoškolákov o najlepší projekt s automotívom s cieľom získať do spoločnosti absolventov vysokých škôl technického zamerania. |

The theoretical part of diploma thesis deals with the issue of human resource planning, searching, recruitment and selection for the company, training and motivation of employee, describes an actual situation and unemployment of graduates on the Slovak labor market. Information is derived from available Czech, Slovak and English literature. The practical part describes and analyzes the current situation of cooperation company Continental Matador Rubber, s.r.o. Púchov with the schools. Subsequently is created a project to deepening cooperation with partner schools in finding employee for the future which is in the end of this paper subjected to timing, risk and cost analyzes. The main objective of the diploma thesis is to invite the college students to the competition for the the best automotive project and implement this contest in order to acquire technical orientation graduates into the business. |
