dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout nejvhodnější způsob financování investičního záměru v analyzované společnosti XYZ. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část je zamě-řena na finanční analýzu včetně jejich ukazatelů, charakteristiku investic a metod jejich hodnocení a v neposlední řadě na možnosti financování investičního záměru analyzované společnosti. Praktická část se věnuje představení společnosti XYZ a na základě ukazatelů kvantitativní analýzy je posouzena finanční situace společnosti. V této části jsou následně aplikovány teoretické poznatky na reálný investiční projekt a je hodnocena jeho efektiv-nost. Závěr práce je zaměřen na zhodnocení výsledků a výběr nejvhodnější varianty finan-cování navrhovaného investičního záměru.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the thesis is to propose suitable alternative of financing the investment project of the company XYZ. The thesis is divided in two parts. Theoretical part is focused on the fiancial analysis including its indicators, characteristics of the investment and its evaluation methods, the way of financing the investment projectof the analysed company. Practical part is focused on company XYZ introduction and is evaluated its financial situation based on the indicators of the quantity analysis. In this part subsequently there are the theroetical findings used on the real investment project and its effectivness is assessed. The conclusi-on is devoted to evaluation of the results and there is recommended to the company the most suitable way of financing the investment project.	en
