dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá projektem založení nové společnosti ve městě Přerov. Předmětem podnikání této společnosti je poskytování wellness služeb a doplňkových fitness služeb. Teoretická část práce se věnuje literární rešerši zdrojů, pojednávajících o založení podniku. Analytická část obsahuje analýzu externího okolí podniku, konkurence a dodavatelů. Projektová část se zabývá konkrétním řešením založení dané společnosti. Cílem práce je vytvořit podnikatelský a finanční plán a založit výkonnou a prosperující společnost.	cs
