Tato diplomová práce pojednává o zlepšení materiálových toků ve společnosti Elster, s.r.o. Návrhy byly předloženy k realizaci. Teoreticky se věnuje metodice kanban, možnosti její digitalizace a s tím souvisejícím automatickém sběru dat. Je použito simulačního nástroje Plant Simulation pro ověření navrhovaného zlepšení a analýzy důsledků z ní vyplývající. Je probrána i metodika využívání zmíněných simulací. |

This diploma thesis deals about optimization of material flow in company Elster, s.r.o. Suggestions were submitted to assess the possibility of realization. The work examines the theory of kanban system, possibility of digitalization and automatic collection of data. There is usage of simulation tool Plant Simulation for verification of suggested proposal and the results arising from it. It is also mentioned the theory of using simulations. |
