Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat průběh konkurzního řízení u reálných společností, se za-měřením na účetní a daňovou problematiku řízení. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány pojmy drobný, malý a střední podnikatel. Dále je rozebrána problematika insolvenčního řízení, úpadku a způsoby jeho řešení. Detailně je popsán průběh konkurzního řízení a na-stíněna časová souvislost jednotlivých kroků, včetně účetních a daňových povinností. V praktické části je popsáno konkurzní řízení u vybraných společností z řad drobných, malých a středních podnikatelů. Následně je provedena analýza plnění účetních a daňových povinností s ním souvisejících. Práce vyústí ve vymezení pozitivních i negativních stránek konkurzu vyplývajících z průběhu řízení včetně návrhu možných doporučení. |

The aim of my bachelor dissertation is to describe the course of bankruptcy proceedings at real companies with orientation to accounting and tax issues of proceedings. The theoretical dissertation part defines the terms a minor businessman, a small businessman and a middle businessman. Moreover, it deals with issues of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy as well as with the ways how to solve them. The course of bankruptcy proceedings is described here in details and this part outlines also the time continuity of particular steps, including accounting and tax duties and obligations. The practical part describes bankrupt-cy proceedings at selected companies from the groups of minor businessmen, small busi-nessmen and middle businessmen. Subsequently, it analyses fulfilment of accounting and tax duties and obligations connected with bankruptcy proceedings. The final dissertation part specifies positive and negative aspects of bankruptcy following from the course of proceedings, including the proposal of possible recommendations. |
