dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat největší konkurenty společnosti MND Gas Storage a.s., určit její konkurenceschopnost a navrhnout doporučení na zlepšení konkurenčního postavení podniku na trhu. V teoretické části jsou na základě literárních pramenů vysvětleny a popsány pojmy vztahující se k problematice konkurenceschopnosti. V praktické části jsou popsány faktory SLEPTE analýzy, Porterovy analýzy pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýzy, které ovlivňují společnost a na jejich základě je posuzována konkurenční pozice firmy na trhu. Na konci praktické části práce jsou popsány výsledky všech analýz a také je navrţeno řešení, jak lze zvýšit konkurenční postavení uvedené společnosti vůči svým konkurentům.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The target of the bachelor thesis is to identify MND Gas Storage Company biggest competitors, to determine its competitiveness and to suggest a recommendation of the improvement of the competitive position on the market. In the theoretical part the related terms to the issue of competitiveness based on the literary sources are explained and described. In the practical part the factors of SLEPTE analysis, Porter Model of Five Forces and SWOT analysis that influence the company are described and according to them the company competitive position on the market is assessed. At the end of the practical part the results of all analysis are described and also the solution of being more competitive than the other companies is proposed.	en
