V teoretickej časti sú vymedzené základné poznatky z oblasti motivácie, pracovnej spokojnosti a starostlivosti o zamestnancov. Cieľom práce je spracovať analýzu súčasného motivačného systému v spoločnosti Continental Matador Rubber, s.r.o. a na základe zistení z analýzy a prieskumu navrhnúť odporúčania pre zdokonalenie terajšieho motivačného systému.	cs
