Práce se zabývá vlivem vybraných humektantů na stav kožního povrchu. Použité humektanty byly Bioplasma BG 40, Codiavelane BG/PF, Oligogeline a Sensolene. Bylo zjištěno, že tyto humektanty mají významný vliv na snižování transepidermální ztráty vody, tedy na zachování dobrého stavu kožního povrchu. |

This thesis is focused on an effect of chosen humectants on a skin surface. Used humectants were Bioplasma BG 40, Codiavelane BG/PF, Oligogeline and Sensolene. It was found out that these humectant have significant effect on decrease of transepidermal water loss, thus on good skin condition maintance. |
