Práce se zabývá problematikou konzervace kosmetických přípravků. Nejprve jsou charakterizovány druhy mikroorganizmů kontaminující kosmetické prostředky, dále příčiny mikrobiální kontaminace a také možnosti konzervace kosmetických přípravků. Cílem práce bylo prověřit účinnost komerčních konzervačních přísad Versatil, tedy jejich schopnost zajistit bezpečnost a stabilitu při kontaminaci grampozitivními bakteriemi Bacillus subtillis a Staphylococcus aureus. |

The bachelor thesis deals with preservation of cosmetic products. At first, microbial species contaminating cosmetic products are characterised, then the sources of microbial contamination and the possibilities of cosmetic products preservation are reviewed. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the efficiency of commercial preservatives Versatil by examining their ability to provide sufficient safety and stability of cosmetic products inoculated with Grampositive bacteria Bacillus subtillis and Staphylococcus aureus. |
