dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu stávajícího systému řízení společnosti KOVOS s.r.o. a na základě této analýzy navrhnout jeho změnu odpovídající požadavkům pro certifikaci společnosti dle norem ISO 9001/2000. Diplomová práce obsahuje část teoretickou, kde jsou přiblíženy dosavadní poznatky v oblasti procesního řízení a managementu jakosti a část praktickou, jejíž obsah tvoří představení společnosti KOVOS s.r.o. a její organizační struktury a samotný projekt spočívající v modifikaci stávajícího systému řízení směřující k zavedení systému managementu jakosti dle norem ISO 9001/2000.	cs
