dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce "Školní neúspěšnost dospívajících" se zabývá problematikou současné populace adolescentů dokončit středoškolské vzdělání. Práce v teoretické části popisuje systém vzdělávání v ČR, charakterizuje pojem školní neúspěšnost, její projevy a příčiny a pojednává o způsobech řešení v rámci rodiny, školy a pedagogicko - psychologické intervence. V praktické části se práce zabývá kvalitativním výzkumem vztahů, postojů a motivací dospívajících ke školní neúspěšnosti a vzdělání vůbec.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Diploma work called "The school fail rate of adolescents" is dealing with the issue of current adolescent population failing in their tries to complete the secondary education. In the theoretical part, there is described the Czech system of education as well as defined the term of school fail rate, its manifestation and roots. Further more there are mentioned some ways of solving this matter within a family, some approaches taken by schools and pedagogical - psychological interventions. The practical part displays the results of a qualitative research of adolescents´ relations, attitudes and motivations towards both - their school failure and education itself.
