dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků, se zaměřením na zdravotní sestry. Jejím cílem je zjistit obeznámenost zdravotnických pracovníků se syndromem vyhoření a v jaké míře se jím cítí být ohroženy zdravotní sestry na jednotlivých zkoumaných odděleních. V teoretické části je popsán syndrom vyhoření, stres a supervize. Praktická část využívá dotazníkovou metodu k testování a ověřování hypotéz. Průzkum byl proveden na šesti vybraných odděleních Nemocnice Vyškov.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the problem of burnout syndrome among non-medical sanitary staff, focusing mainly on nurses. Its aim is to find out how the medical staff is familiar with burnout syndrome and at what extent the nurses feel to be endangered by this syndrome within researched departments. The burnout, stress and supervision are described in theoretical part of this thesis, while practical part uses the questionnaire method for hypotheses testing and verification. The survey was performed in six selected departments at City Hospital in Vyskov.
