dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je v teoretické části zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů šikana, mobbing, bossing. Zabývá se vznikem, průběhem a důsledky těchto patologických jevů. Popisuje aktéry mobbingu a bossingu, motivaci k tomuto jednání a navrhuje možnosti řešení. Praktická část se zabývá zjištěním o informovanosti a vlastní zkušenosti respondentů s mobbingem a bossingem.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is focused on explanation the concepts of bullying, mobbing, bossing. It deals with the occurrence, progression and consequences of these pathologic phenomenon. It describes participants of mobbing and bossing, their motivation for this behavior and suggests possible solutions. The practical part deals with ascertaining an awareness and personal experience of respondents with mobbing and bossing.
