Bakalářská práce se věnuje sociálně pedagogickým aspektům činností neziskových organizací sdružujících děti a mládež. Teoretická část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. Kapitola první se zaobírá charakteristikou neziskových organizací. Vymezuje neziskové organizace, popisuje význam a podstatu neziskových organizací a také aspekty ovlivňující výchovu a vzdělávání. Kapitola druhá se věnuje cílům a poslání. Její součástí jsou podkapitoly o motivech, potřebách, návycích a zájmech, hodnotách a hodnotových systémech. Kapitola třetí popisuje organizaci a řízení neziskové organizace. Udává charakteristiku činnosti, druhy neziskových organizací, vztah státu k neziskovým organizacím a vztah veřejnosti k neziskovým organizacím. Kapitola čtvrtá obsahuje provozní náležitosti. První podkapitola řeší financování, druhá možnosti výchovy a vzdělávání a třetí sociální zabezpečení. Samostatná pátá kapitola obsahuje praktickou část, v níž jsou vyhodnoceny odpovědi na otázky a potvrzeny případně vyvráceny hypotézy formou dotazníku. |

The thesis deals with the social aspects of the educational activities of nonprofit organizations for children and youth. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of nonprofit organizations. It defines a nonprofit organization, describes the importance and nature of nonprofit organizations as well as aspects affecting education and training. The second chapter deals with the objectives and mission. It includes subsections on motives, needs, habits and interests, values and value systems. The third chapter describes the organization and management of nonprofit organizations. Specifies the characteristics of activities, types of nonprofit organizations, the relationship of the state to nonprofit organizations and public attitude to nonprofit organizations. Chapter Four contains operational requirements. The first subsection addresses the financing, the other possibilities for education and a third social security. Separate fifth chapter contains practical part, which are evaluated answer questions and possibly disproved hypothesis confirmed by a questionnaire. |
