Bakalářská práce s názvem Analýza nákladů a jejich řízení ve firmě XY, je zaměřená na analýzu nákladů podniku, jejich optimalizaci a zhodnocení současného stavu řízení nákladů společnosti. Klade si za cíl analyzovat náklady, zjistit jednotlivé nákladové funkce za dané období, navrhnout případné zlepšení v oblasti řízení nákladů. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje rozbor literárních pramenů zabývající se náklady, jejich klasifikací z různých pohledů a také základní způsoby výpočtu a analýzy nákladů. Tyto informace jsou podkladem pro zpracování praktické části. Praktická část zahrnuje představení společnosti, její cíle, podrobnou analýzu nákladů, jejich rozdělení a bod zvratu. Na základě výsledků analýzy je v závěru uvedeno zhodnocení řízení nákladů, návrhy a doporučení. |

This bachelor's thesis, which is called the cost analysis and its internal managment is aimed on analyzing the company's costs, its optimization and evaluation of the current state of the managment of the company's cost. It sets itsefl an objective to analyze costs, to determine the individual cost function for a given period and to suggest possible improvement in the cost management. This work consists of two parts, the theoretical one and the practical one. Theoretical part contains analysis of the literary sources dealing with costs, theirs cla-sification from different points of view and also some basic methods of calculation and analysis of the costs. This information is the basis for the practical part. Practical part con-tains presentation of the company, its goal, detailed analysis of the costs, their distribution and the break even point. At the end of my work I have shown evaluation of cost ma-nagement, proposals and recommendations for optimization of the costs based on the re-sults of the analysis. |
