dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na nalezení vhodného způsobu financování investičního záměru obce Kyjov, vycházejícího z provedené analýzy finančního hospodaření a řízení. Analýzy se přitom opírají o poznatky získané v teoretické části, která rozebírá nejen možnosti analýz a na co by se obce při jejich zpracování měly zaměřit, ale nastiňuje i jejich možnosti při financování investičních záměrů, které jsou pak prakticky aplikovány na obec Kyjov. Z těch je pak nalezen nejvhodnější způsob financování konkrétního investičního záměru včetně vyhodnocení jeho dopadů do hospodaření obce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Master thesis is focused on finding a suitable way of financing the investment intention in Kyjov municipality, based on the analysis of financing management and control. The analysis work with the findings from theoretical part, which discusses not only eventualities of analysis and what should municipalities during its processing focus on, but also shows ways for municipalities in financing investment intentions, which are then practically applied on Kyjov municipality. Of these, the most suitable way of financing the investment intention is found including the evaluation of its impacts on the management of the municipality.
