dc.description.abstract	V diplomové práci je popsána problematika mezilidských vztahů šikany osob pracujících v bezpečnostních sborech a dalších složkách podílejících se na vnitřní a vnější ochraně a bezpečnosti České republiky. Formou dotazníku byl proveden osobní průzkum v bezpečnostních sborech a ostatních složkách. Výsledky byly z dotazníku poté vyhodnoceny a následně zpracovány do grafické podoby v první praktické části. V teoretické části jsou popsány v první části pojmy týkající se mobbingu, bossingu, náhledem do historie. V další části jsou popsány základní parametry zařízení v oblasti kamerových a přístupových systémů, souvisejících norem a legislativy. V druhé praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu konkrétního objektu budovy státní instituce a následného návrhu umístění konkrétních uvedených technických prostředků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In this diploma theses are described issues of interpersonal relationships bullying of people working in the security forces and other forces cooperating on the internal and external security of The Czech Republic. A personal survey in the security forces and other forces was conducted by questionnaires. The result was afterwards evaluated and then compiled into a graphic form in the first practical part. In the theoretical part are decried terms concerning mobbing and bossing from the first part with a view of the history. In the other part are described basic parameters in the area of camera and access systems, related norms and legislations. A current state analysis of the particular object is conducted in the second practical part buildings of the state institutions and subsequent suggestions on placing these particular technical devices.
