dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu Rolnické, a. s. Jejím konkrétním cílem je posouzení finančního zdraví společnosti v průběhu posledních tří let. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny veškeré informace o problematice finanční analýzy, které slouží jako podklad pro zpracování praktické části. V praktické části je společnost nejprve představena. Samotná finanční analýza vychází z účetních výkazů a výročních zpráv. Pro analýzu společnosti je použito základních postupů a výpočtů doplněných podrobnými komentáři, tabulkami a grafy. Na závěr je provedeno souhrnné hodnocení jednotlivých skupin ukazatelů a jsou navrženy možnosti řešení problémových oblastí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focussed on the financial analysis of the company Rolnická a.s, and the specific objective is to assess the financial health of this company during the last three years. In the theoretical part there is provided some basic information about the issues of financial analysis, which then serve as a basis for the preparaton and analysis in the following practical part. In this practical part the company itself is first introduced, and then the financial analysis is carried out based on the financial statements and annual reports of the company. For a successful analysis there were used some basic procedures and the calculations done were then supplemented with some detailed notes, tables, and graphs. In the conclusion there is an aggregate evaluation carried out of all the different groups of indicators, and then some possible solutions to the specific problem areas are then offered.
