dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku státního občanství a na vymezení základních pojmů s ním spojených. Dále se věnuje zákonné úpravě uzavření manželství snoubenců s odlišným státním občanstvím podle českého právního řádu a popisuje formální náležitosti vyžadované pro uzavření sňatku cizince a státního občana České republiky. Zohledňuje možnosti nabytí a pozbytí státního občanství v souvislosti s manželstvím. Praktická část zpracovává vlastní kvalitativní výzkum, který byl realizován metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se čtyřmi binacionálními manželskými páry.Účelem výzkumu bylo zjistit jak manželé vnímají vliv rozdílné státní příslušnosti na jejich manželství.

dc.description.abstract-translated	My Master Thesis deals with the problems of citizenship and a definition of basic terms which are related to it. It also describes statutory regulations of conclusion of marriages between fiances with different nationalities according to the Czech law, as well as formal conditions which must be fulfilled to conclude a marriage between a foreigner and a Czech citizen. My thesis takes into account the possibilities of gaining and losing citizenship in connection with marriage. The practical part is my own qualitative research which has been realised by a half structured interview with four binational married couples. A purpose of my research was to find out how married couples percieve influence of different nationalities in their marriage.
