dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá antikoagulační léčbou u klienta po implantaci srdeční chlopně. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy a popsaná klasifikace srdečních chlopní, jejich vad, typech náhrad a možnosti chirurgické léčby. Dále je shrnutí fyziologie hemostázy, hemokoagulace a laboratorní hemokoagulační vyšetření a jejich fyziologické hodnoty. V následujících kapitolách jsou popsány současné možnosti a použití antikoagulační a antitrombotické léčby, které je s ohledem na zaměření bakalářské práce ponechán největší prostor, spolu se srovnáním výhod a nevýhod jednotlivých druhů této léčby. Praktickou části je zpracování průzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření u klientů po opera-cích srdečních chlopní, jejich prezentace a doporučení pro praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with anticoagulant therapy at the client after implantation of heart valve. In the theoretical part defines the concepts and classifications described heart valves, their defects, types of prosthetic heart valves and possibilities of surgical treatment. Furthermore there is a summary of the physiology of hemostasis, blood coagulation and coagulation laboratory tests and the physiological values. In the following chapters describe actual possibilities of anticoagulant therapy and antithrombotic therapy. These are given the focus of this thesis is left largest space, together with a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of different types of treatment. The practical part of bachelor thesis is making a survey by questionnaire with clients after surgeries of heart valves and their presentation and recommendations for practice.
