Cieľom diplomovej práce je rozpracovať problematiku nezamestnanosti, s bližším zameraním na nezamestnanosť absolventov škôl. Poukazuje na aktuálny stav nezamestnanosti absolventov škôl a možnosti, ako je možné ich vysokú mieru nezamestnanosti znižovať. Teoretická časť diplomovej práce je zameraná na zistenia výskumov zameraných na skúmanie stavu nezamestnanosti, definovanie základných pojmov k problematike a hľadanie prepojenia medzi nezamestnanosťou a možnosťami sociálnej pedagogiky. V teoretickej časti sú analyzované príčiny a dôsledky nezamestnanosti absolventov škôl. Metodológia, postup, interpretácia a závery kvantitatívneho výskumu sú uvedené v praktickej časti diplomovej práce. Predmetom praktickej časti je výskum, ktorý je realizovaný na vzorke nezamestnaných absolventov škôl, evidovaných na Úrade práce sociálnych vecí a rodiny v Martine. |

The aim of the thesis is to develop the issue of unemployment, with a stronger focus on unemployment of graduates. It refers to the current state of unemployment of graduates and possibilities to decrease this high unemployment rates. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the findings of studies aimed at examining the state of unemployment, defining the basic concepts of the topic and finding the link between unemployment and possibilities of social pedagogy. There are analyzed causes and consequences of unemployment of graduates in the theoretical part. Methodo-logy, technique, interpretation and quantitative research findings are presented in the practical part. The subject of the practical part is research which is conducted on a sample of unemployed graduates registered at the Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of Martin. |
