dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce na téma: "Fenomén svobodná matka a životní spokojenost svobodných matek" popisuje vývoj partnerského soužití od tradiční společnosti přes moderní až po současnou společnost. Dále charakterizuje svobodné mateřství jako výrazný demografický trend, přinášející závažné sociální dopady. Zabývá se příčinami, jež vedou ke vzrůstajícímu počtu svobodných matek a porovnává ve vývoji tohoto trendu Českou republiku s dalšími evropskými státy. V praktické části mapuje největší úskalí, s nimiž se musí svobodné matky potýkat v oblasti výchovy potomků, uplatnění na trhu práce, finančního zabezpečení a partnerských vztahů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The present thesis, "The Phenomenon of Single Mothers and Life Satisfaction of Single Mothers," describes the development of partner cohabitation from traditional societies through modern ones to contemporary society. Furthermore, it characterizes single motherhood as a significant demographic trend which produces serious social consequences. It deals with causes that lead to a growing number of single mothers and compares the development of this trend in the Czech Republic with that in other European countries. In the practical part, the thesis maps the greatest difficulties faced by single mothers in the area of upbringing of children, participation in the labor market, financial security of the family and partner relationships.
