dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá trávením volného času rodiny v závislosti na zaměstnanosti rodičů, tedy jestli zaměstnanost či nezaměstnanost má vliv na množství tráveného času s dětmi. V první teoretické části práce popisuje a vysvětluje základní pojmy, jako jsou rodina, její proměny, volný čas a jeho proměny, dále také zaměstnanost v České republice. Druhá praktická část se zabývá výzkumem tohoto problému vliv zaměstnanosti rodičů na množství tráveného volného času s dětmi. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění v jaké míře ovlivňuje zaměstnanost rodičů trávení volného času s dětmi, jestli nezaměstnaní rodiče tráví více volného času s dětmi, než rodiče, kteří zaměstnání mají. Výzkum bude probíhat formou dotazníků záměrným výběrem mezi rodiči, kteří jsou nezaměstnaní nebo již někdy nezaměstnaní byli.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with spending family´s free time depending on parents´ em-ployment, i.e. whether employment or unemployment affects the amount of free time spending with children. The theoretical part describes and explains basic terms, such as family and her changes, free time and its changes, as well as employment in the Czech Republic. The practical part focuses on the research of this issue the influence of parents´ employ-ment on the amount of free time spending with children. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the extent to which employment affects par-ents´ free time with children, if unemployed parents spend more free time with children than parents who have a job. The research is realized through questionnaires based on deliberate choice in families where there is at least one parent currently unemployed or where unemployment in the family occurred earlier.
