Cílem mé diplomové práce je návrh projektu zavedení a využití nástrojů operativního controllingu ve společnosti Dorbas, s.r.o. Teoretická část je věnována základním pojmům a problémům související s operativním controllingem. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou částí. Nejdříve se zmíním o charakteristice společnosti, o její finanční situaci a současném využití operativního controllingu v této firmě. V projektové části navrhnu začlenění controllingu do společnosti Dorbas, s.r.o. Dále se zaměřím na vybrané ukazatele finančního controllingu a některé nástroje operativního controllingu a jejich vykazování. V závěru projektové části navrhnu zpracování zprávy controllera s konkrétním využitím vybraných nástrojů a ukazatelů. Nakonec provedu ekonomické vyhodnocení tohoto projektu. |

The aim of my diploma thesis is to propose a project of implementation and utilization of the instruments of operative controlling in the company Dorbas, s.r.o. The theoretical part is devoted to the general concepts and problems from the area of operative controlling. The practical part is divided into two parts. At first I will introduce the company, then its financial situation and finally I'll mention the present state of using the operative controlling in the company. Within the frame of the project I will propose an integration of the operative controlling in the company Dorbas s.r.o. Then I'll focuse my attention to selected indicators of the financial controlling and some tools of the operative controlling and their presenting. At the end of the project I will propose processing of the controller's report by using selected tools and indicators. At the end I will evaluate the project from the economic point of view. |
