Teoretická část bakalářské práce charakterizuje obory andragogika a gerontagogika, seznamuje s problematikou stáří a stárnutí a popisuje změny, které tuto část životní etapy doprovází. Objasňuje význam, cíle a funkce vzdělávání seniorů v rámci celoživotního učení. Zabývá se motivací a na druhé straně také bariérami vzdělávání v seniorském věku a představuje instituce, které se edukací seniorů zabývají. Empirickou část tvoří kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný formou dotazníkového šetření, zpracovaná získaná data a analýza vý-sledků. |

The theoretical frame-work section of this thesis describes branches adult education and gerontagogy, it acquaintes with issues of ageing and living in an old age and describes the changes connected with this life stage. It explains the values, the aims and the functions of education for the elderly within lifelong learning. It deals with the motivation as well as with the obstacles of education for the elderly on the other hand and presents the institution connected with education for the elderly. The practical part of this thesis describes quantitative research made by questionnaire, the pro-cessed data and the analysis of the results. |
